When you are very busy working on your web site or developing your web applications, you hardly have time to keep track of what is happening with the server – whether it’s under excessive load or whether all the processes are running just fine. With our Optional Managed Services deal, we’ll take care of this on your behalf. Your VPS will be added to the custom–developed server monitoring system and in case there’s a sign of a trouble, our server administrators will be informed instantaneously.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the easiest mission in this world. You will either need to use another server or your desktop computer, or, alternatively use some third–party solution. We offer a much simpler and easier solution with our Optional Managed Services offer. We’ll make a complete backup copy of your VPS on a weekly basis, so you never need to be worried about permanently losing any essential info. Last but not least we can retrieve a backup copy very quickly. All the backups are held on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything goes wrong with your content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Suggested that you’d like your Virtual Private Server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & set up specific software on it. And if this may seem like something far too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an integral part of our Optional Managed Services deal, is definitely the ideal thing for your needs. While using it, you will have the complete and uninterrupted attention of one of our trained server admins who will install and configure any software application or take care of any problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. With our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers, it’s an extra feature.
